We have three simple packages: Design, Procure & MAKE.
Design
With our Design package, we work with you to envision and design your dream space. You'll receive all draft drawings to comment on, followed by final design packages to download. You'll find your own builder to make your design a reality.

Procure
With our Procure package, we'll take your design out to our contractor market and find you a suitable builder to deliver your designs.
- Contractor sourcing and tendering
- Translation and comparison of quotes
- Contractor negotiations, where needed
- Budget alignment and timeline planning
- Contract facilitation between you and the contractor
Make
With our Make package, you get all the benefits of Design and Procure. But we'll also Project Manage the construction on your behalf. Once all complete, we'll undertake project snagging to make sure the finished product exceeds your expectations.
- Full project and contractor management through construction
- Submission and coordination of renovation licences
- Weekly on-site meetings and progress reports sent to you
- Timeline tracking and quality control
- Design adjustments (where needed)
- Final walkthrough and handover
- Optional turn-key service for Investors - we provide the furnishings and fittings to make your place ready to go
Pre-purchase advice
We also provide an additional service to assist you before you purchase a property. We can visit your soon-to-be property at offer stage or before purchase completion, helping you to understand which of your visions can be a reality with concept designs, preliminary budgets and high-level programs.
